The Podium Standard
Three things we do for every household we take on. Not aspirations — these are the rules we run on, written down so you can hold us to them.
Three standards
Every household gets a full review — every property, every vehicle, every policy — on one page, before anything is recommended.
Not the car you called about. All of it, laid out together, because the gaps are almost always in the space between policies rather than inside any one of them. You see the whole picture first. Only then do we tell you what we think.
Every policy is re-competed at every renewal, and you receive the results whether or not anything changes.
Insurers price for inertia. The households that never look are the ones who pay for it. So we look every year, on every policy, and we send you what we found — including the years the answer is “nothing to do.” Especially those years.
You hear from us before a rate increase hits, not after.
Every Massachusetts rate filing is monitored. When one lands on a carrier you hold, we know before your renewal notice does, and we call you while there is still time to do something about it.
Why we work from a list
Because we keep these promises for every household, we work from a list rather than taking everyone at once.
That is the honest arithmetic of the standards above, not a marketing device. These take the time they take, and we would rather keep people waiting than hold them loosely. A closing, a coverage deadline or a renewal already on the calendar never waits on the list — tell us the date and we work to it.
Ready to have it looked at?
We open in January 2027 in Massachusetts. Put your household on the list and we will take it from there.
